The sessions where homeschooling families participate in Yaoundé in a classroom experience are called Joint Learning Sessions (JLS). JLS are designed for preschool through grade 6. Each year Joint Learning Sessions will be offered:
• for three weeks in August
• for two weeks in December
• for two weeks in March
Extracurricular activities are also included in the program.
Each August JLS, we have a four-year history rotation. The historical themes are:
Year One: Ancient Egypt
Year Two: Ancient Greece
Year Three: Ancient China
Year Four: Ancient Rome
