Apples, Apples, Apples!

Last week, The Greenhouse kindergarten students were busy learning about apples. They have been counting and adding apples, graphing their family’s favorite types of apples, reading lots of books about apples, learning about the life cycle of an apple, writing and drawing about apples, singing songs about apples, and much more.

But their favorite activity was making an apple pie!

They enjoyed helping with different steps of the process including mixing the dough for the crust, cutting the apples, mixing the cinnamon and sugar into the apples, and scooping the apples into the crust.

And of course they LOVED eating it too!
