100th Day of School

Friday, February 24th we celebrated our 100th day of school. Every class chose to celebrate in a different way.

Kindergarten class counted to 100 by 1s and 10s and made necklaces with 100 beads.

The Second Grade class dressed like 100 year old people. They also had items in bottles – they had to guesstimate if there were more or less than 100 items in each bottle and then count them.

The 3/4 grade class did glyphs, 100 piece puzzles and movement for 100 seconds.

The 5/6 grade class estimated 100 items, practiced multiplying and dividing numbers over 100, estimated the weight of 100 items and more!

So hard to believe we’ve had 100 days of school already. We have learned a lot this year – and we still have lots more to learn!
