What happens if you put an egg in water? What happens if you add salt to the water?

Math Activity

After reading the Humpty Dumpty story, students must predict if an egg in a bag with these items will crack when dropped.

For the first part, the bags with the eggs were dropped from a height of 10 blocks.

If the eggs survived the initial drop, then they were dropped off the second story balcony.

Final results – the eggs in Salt and Flour did not break – even when dropped off the balcony!

What an “egg”-cellent day!
